だって is used to emphasize that a certain condition applies even to an extreme or unlikely case. It is often used in casual conversation to mean 'even', 'also', or 'no matter who/what/where'.

Standard Noun

When added to a standard noun, it highlights that the noun is included in the statement, often implying that it is an obvious or extreme example.

Even a child can do this.

I like cats too.

Question Word

When combined with question words, it indicates that the statement applies regardless of the specific person, thing, or place.

Anything is fine.

Note

だって is a colloquial version of the particles も or でさえ. In negative sentences, it functions to mean 'not even' or 'not any'. When used with question words like 誰 (who) or 何 (what), it creates an inclusive meaning like 'anyone' or 'anything'.
