The particle を is used to mark a space or location where movement occurs. It indicates that someone or something is moving through, across, along, or out of a specific area.

Movement through or along a space

When used with verbs like walk, run, or fly, を indicates the area being traversed or the path being followed.

I walk in the park.

I run along the road.

The bird flies through the sky.

I cross the bridge.

This use of を is specifically for verbs that involve movement from one point to another, such as walking, running, flying, or passing through. It is different from the particle で, which marks the location where an action takes place in one spot.
