来るくる

to come back, to do ... and come back

after the -te form of a verb

Verb て form + くる

When the verb くる is used after the て form of another verb, it indicates that someone performs an action and then returns to the speaker's location, or that someone/something is moving towards the speaker's current position or perspective.

Action and return

This usage indicates that the speaker will go somewhere to perform an action and then return to the starting point.

I will go buy some milk (and come back).

I'm going to the post office (and coming back).

Movement toward the speaker

This usage describes a movement or action that is physically directed toward the speaker's current location.

A bird flew over here.

A friend came to visit my house.

Note

When used as an auxiliary verb to show direction or returning, くる is usually written in hiragana rather than kanji.
